Transfer of Electricity Connection to Your Name in Hyderabad

 

 

Documents required for Name Change in your Current/Electricity Bill:

 

1)Sale deed with Xerox on both sides and with attestation.

2)Latest current bill & receipt of payment done.

                It is better to pay the bill through e-seva.

3)2 passport size photographs of the present owner

4)Previous  owner sign. on the application Form

5)Filled Complaint form which will be given at the ERO office, ot  you can also download it from the link

6)25/- at ERO office for domestic

7)NOC on Rs 10/- if joint :

In case, property documents are named on more than one person, then No-Objection Consent (NOC) must be executed in a

              prescribed format by the remaining consumers on a Non-Judicial stamp paper worth Rs.10/- duly enclosing the ID proof of Present Owner.

8)Rs 100/- name change bond

9)Latest EC copy

In case the transferor is not alive or not available on the station and not likely to return to the station, the transferee shall furnish Encumbrance Certificate (EC) in order to confirm the connection between previous owner and present owner.

10)Latest house tax receipt if available.
